Daydream

Description
     Nodding Out    Racing Away
Motors recharge    Humming in this state
   Dreamcatcher in place    Unfolding     Revealing
Murals stretching ever outward    Restricted to four equal directions
Stalwart guardians of the plane      Vigilant Keepers
In this flat world they are unharmed
   Daring not to break away
Distorted Flections      Flashy Scenery     Pristine    Shimmering
Eight minutes manage somehow to mutate into eight hours
 Hideous Moodshifting
   Distinct flavor transforms
 In some baffling blip    Awakened
   Rested until then

Of course
This would be really incredible! Great inflection and style. Plus, the song really takes the listener on a journey as it goes.

Man, I'm really amazed at your skill; it's really impressive.

Awesome Scott!

thanks
dave - and there is a continuation seque piece and performance update
- kind of a second movement expansion for "Daydream" now on several
digital sites available.
isn't it weird how sometimes you can actually dream up a piece in your sleep - at least the foundation of it -
so anyway Thanks for your time here !

cross
thanks for noticing -
there is some cross-hands over stuff done here;
but none of the junk where I get down on my knees,
disjoin my elbows, flop hands over the shoulders,
and do a complete 180
have a good one

This is really put together like a daydream - you move seamlessly ane effortlessly from one compositional theme to the next. Well done - enjoyed!

here and there
not flitting, but wafting gently and with thoughtful purpose. A very moving (emotionally and physically) piece... giving me pause, and offering me a moving peace. Thanks!

you have a great
touch on those keys. You seem to always tread the fine line between pounding the piano and playing for ambience, and you walk that tightrope with such grace...this is very good.

Were you daydreaming
when you composed/performed this? I suspect not, but it IS lovely, lazy, floating away kind of music: perfect for just staring out the window. Thanks Scott. Very nice.

Tinkle very well indeed. I wish I could play the piano. Very contemplative piece.

Beautiful
Absolutely beautiful playing, I love the piano by itself or accompanied with other tracks, have u ever thought of laying down something that could be integrated with a bass/drum beat. Perhaps I am getting ahead of myself and you already have, it could be interesting..just a thought, feel like playing this all day.
