INT. SUBWAY - EVENING
LADY PAIN, RISK, AQUA, FIRE have been joined by PAUL POX. They are on a subway platform waiting for the train, and Paul has been looking at them in a world of disbelief. PAUL is holding a makeshift bandage on his bloody right forearm.
PAUL: You mean this train takes you everywhere and anywhen you want to go?
AQUA: Well, Yes and No...
PAUL: What do you mean?
LADY PAIN: She means that the train takes us to where and when we are needed. We have no say in the matter.
PAUL: Then why do you guys do it? What's the reward?
RISK: We do it because we can.
LADY PAIN: It's what we do best.
(FIRE who has been waiting by the exit looks up the stairs and then back to her friends.)
FIRE: We got company. More of those bloodsuckers are on the way.
AQUA (She points to Paul): They must of caught his scent.
