thanks falcet Yes, the melody has several string channels including bass and they are weaving the melody together and over each other in a polyphonic way then there is a flute and piccolo and some soft tympani. Cheers Mark Check out my latest song called Now Is The Hour Late

Bavarian Progress? Found myself transported to a faraway Eastern European country for some reason, a festive, rather nationalistic occasion, perhaps, with beer swilling around, a marching band in knickerbockers and smiles, in raucous, knowingly naive collusion! i know there are no bass drums, but i can imagine them! There is enough melancholy running through the music to give it depth and agreeable pathos, too. i've got some German beer in the fridge now i come to think about it.... Cheers. Much enjoyed. Thanks for dropping by Marc Yes I don't know exactly where the sound for particular pieces comes from. I start with some sort of feeling and idea but where I end up sometimes surprises me lol. Cheers Mark Check out my latest song called Now Is The Hour Late

Grand That's a pretty long piece; a bit stream of consciousness? Enjoyed. Check out my latest song called Fourth Candle
