	PS Oh yes, that is a true story. Sadly, Porter was never the same after that accident--he had trouble walking and was in pain all the time. After a while, he told a colleague that all he would write would be variations of "My Heart Belongs to Daddy"--and if you ever study his later output, he wasn't kidding for the most part!
