First off, many thanks to cjdaley for letting me get after this song. His original is under his Monggz moniker here: http://www.macjams.com/song/32459
Secondly, it's so hard doing a cjdaley song. His style is so genuinely unique that you can't try to replicate what he's done. So I went for a late 70's New Wave meets Camper Van Beethoven thing. It's quite vanilla when stood next to the original, but what can ya do?
Thirdly, local AZ politics is a gold mine of gypsies, tramps and thieves. As wild as this song, it's almost word for word about a situation brewing here. Maricopa County Supervisor Fulton Brock's wife and daughter have recently been arrested for having a 3 year affair with a boy that is now 17. Huh??? Exactly. What wild is apparently neither one of them knew of the other's involvement with this boy. So in this case, the answer to this song's question is "no".
Fourthly, If you've gotten a million notifications about this song, it's because I'm having some html issues. I was troubleshooting and (obviously) didn't get it figured out. I was trying to put the direct link to cjdaley's original version in the description field but it was causing all kinds of weirdness. Any thoughts.
