Here is my first contribution in this year. And I feel ashamed for being so late and not having posted anything for such a long time ... anyway, people have been already messaging me to post sth new so I would like to thank everyone here for creating this great environement of inspiration and support. MJ is unique!
Algenib is considered to be the brightest star in a Pegasus constelation. But the idea of the name came only after the idea of music. And the idea of music came when I was still back in NY almost a half a year ago. While I was struming these cords and watching the night sky from my attic window it felt like going out in the space. Unfortunately I had to move back and was taken by unimportant things like finding new job, new place to stay, moving all my stuff etc ... and I tried to work on this piece since the end of last year. So the jurney has been quite long and tyring at times but hopefully you will enjoy.
From the beginning it seemed to me mostly as a new age piece but at the end it looks almost as a sci-fi soundtrack. I could see some brave, sophisticated and technically unpenetrable astronauts setting for a space quest to discover the distant star and as they would get closer and reach its realms they would become so humbled and illumined by its magnificent light and age old nature beauty ... or sth completely different.
The original audio used in the track is the authentic countdown for the start of Apolo 13 I guess. I could not find the link again ... but it gave me hard time trying to clean all the clipping and noises ... unsuccesfully.
I hope it will give you a nice listen anyway and I will be grateful for any comments from you. THANK YOU!

You cleaned the track up well. I'd like to hear this while watching the film footage.
