Description
During the enlightening and convoluted discussions in the forum of what constituted two tracks for this challenge - I said I was going to keep it simple. Wind chimes and cheese grater. So that's what I did. Thanks to the following folks at freesound.org I got a great recoding of a wind chime outdoors in the breeze - and the sound of a cheese grater being dropped on the floor. This was after I attempted to play my own cheese grater and failed miserably.
The two tracks were edited and twisted - slowed down - distorted and perverted. But all you are hearing is cheese grater and wind chime.
Now - thanks to:
FreqMan -
Metal cheese grater dropped. Recorded with ECM-99 to Extigy sound card. Needed some elements for a guy crashing into some junk. Accidentally had phonograph potted up on mixer - 60 cycle hum and hiss may be present. Used noise reduction to reduce some of this. http://www.freesound.org/samplesViewSingle.php?id=20804
Acclivity -
Wind chimes recorded in Jamesport, MO, Jan 2007. Filtered to reduce traffic noise.

and special thanks to Andrew for running this show.
