Description
A song all about indecision. Please forgive the poor vocals, I seemed to struggle with my own melody here.

Where to Next
This is great stuff. Your mix and production are very clean, and the song itself is very catchy. Vocally, I think you nailed it except in one or two spots--still great. Downloaded! Thanks for posting.

where to
Good little tune you got going on.
The opening sample is one of Garagebands most recognisables loops and some people would have just relied on it to carry the tune but you have bought extra elements in and not let the loop take over which is good.
Sort of early Tears for Fears or A-ha feel to it..which is fine by me.
Don't know what you're on about 'poor vocals'. You have a very good..and distinctive voice. You may ( or may not) want to try double tracking your vox and panning one track either side to see how it turns out but that's just a standard studio trick.
When the quieter middle 8 comes in and it goes into the guitar solo, the lead in section to the solo feesl just a bit clumsy but the solo itself was fine.
On the ending of the song it felt just a touch that it went on a bit too long and I felt a fade out might be more appropriate.but apart from that a really good tune.
cheers

Refreshing
nice clean sounds here JG..... vocals sound fine to me (vocalists are usually very self-critical), but your accompaniment instruments / skills are to be envied..... excellent work here, regards M

clear vocals ... how do you mix them?
hackjo said 787 days ago (March 30th, 2011)
Vocal mix
I normally double track them to fill them out, both centred. On my new album which I'm currently recording, I am triple tracking with one in the centre Nd then the other two hard panned left and right.
