I like the effects you're using here -- it sounds like a vocalizer on the lead guitar. It suggests intrigue and paranoia, effectively evoking the title. It does seem a bit too long and I think that's because the musical ideas are repeated a touch too often throughout. Perhaps a bridge or a contrasting section or some further development of the main themes would spice it up. :)
