Description
So I've been running into a mental block with some of my tunes. I might post a few over the next few days as open collaborations. Here's one I've been working on as an afrobeat style song.
I think what's bothering me about this tune is the overwhelming amount of guitars and repetition. I have a hard time with melody sometimes and this is one of those times. I think an old clavinet or a few horns playing a melody would make this better. Anyways if you want to try your hand at it, or if you would like a piece of the tune to play with for your own loops, or even the song without the 'lead' guitar part in it to noodle with, get in contact with me as I'd like to see this one go somewhere.
Song Info: Drums: afrobet loop from FutureMusic Mag., Guitars: Fender Telecaster, Bass: Fender Jazz Bass, recorded thru a seymour duncan twin-tube classic as a pre-amp to warm things up a bit. Other FX straight from GB.

I should mention if you last past about 2 minutes there is a change in sound, just in case you can't stand the repetition.
