Description

Well, technically we didn't leave Manhattan, just the Upper West Side, but the new neighborhood feels quite different... miss the easy acces to Central Park dearly, so the tune is a bit on a sad side...

Wonderful moments...
Hi Ilya. Some wonderful moments in this. The playing is tight and professional. Love the piano and bass work and your sax is smoky smooth. The mix is pro quality. My only comment is that the shaker was a bit insistent to my ear and some of the percussion seemed just a little bit low in the mix. Just some thoughts. Liked this a lot. Regards, Peter.

dig, like Wow cool cat! Can taste Manhattan in this
I really dig the ewi and sax together. what a hip Ilya sound. all you man.
great tune and stupendous playing from every angle.
Talent is dripping all over the solos...
piano is ...well Herbie comes to mind...and Tenor is all Ilya and i wouldnt have it any other way dudes.
Drums are in perfect taste...just sublime.
