Description
This is a song with two summaries of my life. One on a blood level and one on a mental level. Both have a spiritual connection and both are huge factors into the person/emcee that I am.
Hope you all enjoy.

Lyrics
I was born to a mother of one
And it would be at least 3 more years till another would come
My sister and I were the best of buds
Just us against the world, don't test the blood
Even though we would do without
Moms did her best
And for that man do I feel blessed
She had toe deal with the stress of being alone
And raising two kids holding down the home
Always taught us to be righteous and true
All praises to God sent forth through you
Even though Corinne's death seemed to put us back
You never gave up on me and I thank you for that
Just us love
Thats what it is
That thats what it is
Just us love
Thats what it is
That thats what it is
there was a point on time where my life was a mess
No cash, all alone, in a state of depress
Looking back I could never see my life there again
Got arrested by the cops, spent the night in the pin
Ran into one of the guards that a vaguely knew
From a coffee shop spot we would both go to
He was shocked when he saw me sitting there in a cell
Offered me a ride home the day that I made bail
On the way back home he popped in a cassette
And I started freestyling with the 1 2 mic check
Passed it off to him and though he never freestyled
He took to it like a fish to water, it was wild
so we got together and organized a team
That brought a golden age to the jackson hiphop scene
Myself and Esco, BeatNoc and Paco
Bishop and Fluid, Roc Ragious and Charro
Side Effect and my man Big Dex
We'd be out the the break of dawn doing these sets
And still to this day you are all my bruahs
The greatest rap group in the world that never was
Just us love
Thats what it is
That thats what it is
Just us love
Thats what it is
