Description

This is a sample of a song that I've started and hit the wall.I know it has some potential but I'm not sure what to do with it.Any ideas from you fellow MacJamers would be appreciated.Feel free to comment.

	Back From Home I like the changes, riffs, and groove. The recording is very clean and I like the guitar sound a lot. My one crit is with the bass. The line and tone are great. But it sounds a bit out of tune with the guitars. All in all it's a very good start. Check out my latest song called Just Ain't Worth a Song (2 Track)

	thanks Andrew You're probably right about the bass...I don't run the AC in my studio all the time and the temp can change as much as 20deg in a half hour when I first turn it on.Probably one of those sessions where the bass was acclimating....Is that even a word??lol... 	Good start! Like Andrew said, the bass is pitchy, but you've definitely got the beginnings of something here... I'm an instrumental-thinker, being mostly jazz, so I'm hearing alto sax, but who knows! Keep moving, someone will help flesh it out! :) Check out my latest song called O, Holy Night (trad.)

	Back from Home I know the couple of collabs I have done I have had an idea of what instruments to use and have PM'd the guys myself, just an idea but its very supportive on here, oh and if you want an acoustic guitar thrown in there just shout me out!!! Sounds Good
I like the start you have going here. Nice guitar tone, excellent changes in chords, rhythm and groove. I don't have a good enough ear for the bass to bother me but my suggestion would be to make it longer. That is if you want to make it a vocal song. If it is just an instrumental then it is probably okay. I made the mistake of having one of mine too short and everyone was saying there should be more lyrics and verses.
