Description
Once again, written a long time ago, but a fresh arrangement. For this one, I was struggling with a guitar solo so turned to a long time friend, Peter Thorneycroft, (we met as small children 58 years ago!) for some harmonica to change the sound. I am delighted with what he added to the mix! The drums are a simple pattern generated by Garageband on the iPad, with a few extra fills added by hand. Peter also plays the synthesiser that it all sits on (the sound is "Jazz organ" from Garageband).
One acoustic guitar strummed, the other finger-style with a capo on the 5th fret. A bit of electric for the lead line, a bass and that's it. No attempt at harmony vocal this time - just keeping the vocal simple.

IMO this is by far your best produced post so far. The harmonica grabs the listener right away. And the harmonica solo is wonderful. I love the texture added by the organ! Beautiful tune. I like the lyrics. Nice vocal performance. Maybe your best mix too!
