hey karma &mdash 02/01/05 - 09:33:07 AM
really wonderful piece. perfect score for my rainy day-
wish we had snow

billowy blusters of snowflakes on icy cold waters, viewed
from behind a slightly foggy sheet of glass.. think i'll go
pour a cup of that tea

After the blizzard has quieted the world &mdash 02/01/05 - 09:45:33 AM
Soft sweetness melting beneath the sun. Blizzards make
the world stand still. Thanks for this gentle soundscape.

Excellent smoothness &mdash 02/01/05 - 12:36:11 PM
You elicit unhurried sensitivity in this piece. The gradual
crescendos and diminuendos are heavenly. What a fine
silken tapestry. Most certainly on par with many pieces
I've heard on (Music from the) Hearts of Space. Bravo,
fellow voyager! 8888

a fragile piece &mdash 02/01/05 - 12:55:45 PM
the occasional bending of notes gave this an unexpected,
fragile quality. very calm.

Forcing your hand &mdash 02/01/05 - 01:00:55 PM

You're darn right I did. After I heard your sneak preview, I
knew you had to post it. The song clearly demonstrates
the tranquillity we need to find in the midst of our daily
storms and sludgepots.

You are an excellent photographer and typographer. I've
seen your syuff on your web site. You need to figure out
how to package and sell your good karma. Musical photo-
prints.

Peace, brother

I prefer Green, Black makes me edgy &mdash 02/01/05 - 03:26:06 PM
I went to the Cleopatra exhibit of Egyptian antiquities when it was in Chicago. In the exhibit space was playing an ambient sountrack created for the exhibit. It was quite good and I bought the CD. Your track is absolutely on par with the quality of my CD.

My point? You could easily take your talent in this genre commercial if you were so inclined. Now excuse me, I need some tea and meditation!

Awesome! &mdash 02/01/05 - 04:58:31 PM
This quite simply one of the best things I've heard on
MacJams. Fantastic.

Sooo relaxing! &mdash 02/01/05 - 07:56:35 PM
This piece is beautiful in it's simplicity. How rare to find a
work that you don't have to think too much about. I just
closed my eyes and relaxed. A perfect way to end a
chaotic day!

frosty flakes &mdash 02/02/05 - 12:00:16 PM
Very soothing and beautiful ambient soundscape... but
more importantly, you used the chord progressions and
choice of instruments to actually invoke a feeling of
stillness and chilly mornings and soft white snow... this
kind of artistic communication shows your great talent,
very well done! And the photograph is stunning, makes
me want to dust off my old Olympus OM-1 again.

Angelic &mdash 02/05/05 - 10:15:19 AM
Highly elegant simplicity. Very tastefully done. It runs
counter to the current trend in ratings inflation and, in my
view, hasn't been given what it deserves: 9-8-9-9

(I'm in New England - The next person who says it looks
so pretty when it falls is getting shot!)

Gorgeous... &mdash 02/21/05 - 09:06:50 PM
I've got some "snow photos". Is it OK if I use this as an
iPhoto slideshow soundtrack?

Glad to see you're still producing great stuff.
