Description

The album Getz/Gilberto won album of the year in 1964, a truly artistic and beautiful collection of songs. Unfortunately corny Bossa Nova arrangements were hijacked by Hotel elevators.The real stuff is great music. Photo is Carlos Jobim, Stan Getz and Joao Gilberto.This is a small tribute song that I wrote.

Haven't been around much, but your music was the first I looked for this evening...
What a beautiful track this is, played with your typical sensitivity and attention to the nuances of detail and intensity. Those cool chords on the guitar always strike me as particularly mellow and engaging. This is yet another wonderful composition to add to your wide collection of recordings.
