Description
Most of our other stuff is acoustic so this was somewhat new territory for us, very fun to experiment with. If anyone has any suggestions, they would be very much appreciated. So far there are midi drums, electric guitar and dual vocals. I'm thinking of adding a bass - what do people think?

Lyrics
He's got shoes that talk, a bounce to his walk. Wearing leather rags and paper bags its such a shock that he's still smiling after years of no love. As I was sittin' I was smittin' by the lord above. I said, "Hey old timer, why you walking in the sun when the rest of your life looks so undone. If I had just one taste of whatever you've got that makes obsessions and possessions what you have not." He said "Throw me a line, son, toss me a word. That's the sweetest sounding friendliness I've ever heard. 60 years I've been walking around and there's a sweet sweet truth that I have found. You got to let yourself go, take the world as you know it, because it's your fear that holds you and you're starting to show it. I know someone who sees what's holding you down and he wants you to be free."
Chorus: "Be free, be free, be free..."
"Every fallin' leaf on the same big tree has a purpose and a preciousness that startles me. One foot in the grave and the other in the gutter, I can still understand that there's a sweet sweet love - it's all we got, it's all we need, it keeps us from destruction when we can't beleive, it stops us from dispairing in our time of need, and all I'm trying to do is just plant the seed."
Chorus: "Be free, be free, be free..."
"Now I bet you thought, before all this that your freedom came from power, that you ruled with a fist, that your money and you misery would somehow save you from the terrifying paranoia this world gave you. I've got news that'll change your views you are never going to make it through unless you choose the way of love. I'm living proof that your material possessions can't replace the truth. So follow me, follow me. I know how to set you free."
Chorus: "Be free, be free, be free..."
Chorus: "Be free, be free, be free..."

Another very interesting song. A good bass line would
really help fill out the sound...give the song more rythmic
depth (I may have just made that up...hopefully you know
what I mean). I would have preferred the lead guitar had a
little more bite.
