Good tune and an excellent vocal performance. The recording may be a bit on the lo-fi side. But the song and performance shine through.

Good songwriting. I like how verse 1 sets up the situation, and then we get the payoff in the chorus. The bridge was a nice contrast musically and gave further insight in the the situation.
