Description:
Another "Brooklyn Walking Song." There is no category for walking songs - those musical pieces that are generated by the rhythms of walking on sidewalks and neighborhood streets. Rather than stuff it into some secondary place else, I'm calling it "other."

What is a walking song? Is it like what Bilbo and Gandalf sing when they are heading there and back again? Well, this was really interesting... there's a sort of extreme boldness to the progressions in this. It makes me think of quirky science documentary music. [ Reply to This ]

Thanks, David, for being the first - and only - person to comment on this little piece since it was first posted over two years ago.
There's been a couple of times when I almost removed it.
Being one of my initial GarageBand efforts, I recognize it's not the best of productions. But I've always liked its construction ... and I'm okay with the way the sonic synths flesh out the basic narrative ... so ... with your kind words of support ... you've given me the incentive to leave it up for maybe another two years : > [ Reply to This ]
