Lyrics
Can you see the stars inside?
Close your eyes
Close your eyes
See

Can you feel the sky inside?
Close your eyes
Close your eyes
Feel

Can you touch the clouds inside?
Close your eyes
Close your eyes
Touch

Can you love the place inside?
Close your eyes
Close your eyes
Love

Dissonance
in this music works very well. But oh so gentle. The vocoder you've used is excellent - reminds me of something but I can't think what. This is the best thing I've heard here in a while, I must say. Hits the mark with me, for some reason known only to my subconscious!

Maybe too much left pan on the walking/running sound, [whatever it is] maybe a slow pan left/right and back, or balance it out with another FX panned right? A minor thing though. I like this very much. Kudos.

Wow this one kind of sneaks up on you.At first I was trying to identify this industrial sound bed.By the time that my ears and brain agree that we are in some sort of manufacturing plant,it has become populated with vocal harmonies and various organic sounds.Appreciate the soft landing at the end.

Place Inside
Uniquely creative piece. My interpretation: the drone sounds like someone is vacuuming the carpet in the next room, with that repetitive machine cycling, representing the noise of our industrial world perhaps. The voice slowly draws our attention and we follow it into an internal place, where the externals fall away, and we experience a less transient, naturally more focused and tranquil, existence. Towards the end, I felt as though I were shrinking a la Fantastic Voyage to the molecular level, experiencing the actual physical nature of ourselves. Whaddaya say? Really good work here.

The Place Inside
Feels like a trip through an alien landscape, low tone feels sounds like a foghorn. Effected vocals sound cool. I like the machinery sounds.

I love it's quirky feel
the vocals took me by surprise and are very in keeping with the overall feel. I love the direction this takes because it goes where it pleases. This would have been quite in place on the White Album -just nice to listen to and highly enjoyable.

Old Punker Lullaby?
i really liked that vacuum job.
big distorted bass was my favorite element.
vocals were richly creative - real good sound.
was ready for it to fade at 3:40 so i could play it again
tho stuff like 4:12/4:20 was pretty nice.
5:52 stuff good, too
ok, it's a Good Long Song!

Anne

E.L.O. my god, its full of stars!
Analog dreams of molten LPs dripping off the turntable into a Dali-esque nebula. The vocoded chorus was a surprise, but strangely beautiful and apropos. An introspective futuristic Zen Meditation Lullaby... very cool.
