Description
For your amusement - a non secular sounding secular song of the Anglican chant variety.... written June 2011
It is an exercise in four part harmony writing and the subject is David Hasselhoff who for some reason or other we seem to see a lot of in our country lately. So it came to pass.

Lyrics
1. And it came to pass, that a vision of much wonder and beauty, would be seen to walk amongst us.
It will elevate our poor and misshapen souls, to a level of joyfulness we had previously not thought possible.
2. This profound aura will surely fill our hearts and souls with inspiration, and even enlightenment.
And we will feel a new euphoria in our hearts which we will succour from bathing in his reflected glory.
3. And how will we know him, and what will be his name, cried the poor, in their jubilation.
It is he said the Lord, who appeared to us once before in a previous carnation as Mitch, and who shows much modesty and charm, and they were sore afraid.
4. Oh no said the people, do you speak of the one known as Hasselhoff?
We say unto you, that we have not sinned, offended or provoked in a manner, to warrant such retribution.
5.Fear not, the vanity and swagger of muffins.
Arrows of fire will rain down upon them, and the shining sword of modesty split them in twain, and they will spend an eternal hell, in prime time plum duff television.
6.But he will rise again, and once more speak to his faithful followers.
Where upon, with little piggy eyes a glaze, and a freshly embalmed and stretchy look, he will reign again, in everlasting glory.
A-bleedin'-men.
