Description
Song #4 of 24 written last winter. I have not had time to work on them much. I had this one out for collab but it hasn't happened. It still could but I thought I would post my version of it. I doubt if all 24 will make the cut but I shall chip away at the bulk of them. #:)

Lyrics
Hey don't blame me
Don't you blame me
Hey don't blame me at all
For what you done
You sit over there on your high horse
You sit on your high horse
You sit on your throne looking down on me
Don't you do it.
Aint nobody's business but my own
Mind your own business
Leave it alone.
Musical interlude
Hey look at you now
Say you don't mean it
But you know you do
But you say you don't
Why don't you just figure it out
Well you sit up on your throne
A-lookin' down on me
Your looking down on me disapproving
Leave it alone.
There's too much of the hatred
There's too much hate around here
There's too much too much too much
We never seem to get along
Aint nobody's business but my own
Mind your own business
Leave it alone.
Don't you blame me
Hey don't blame me at all
For what you done
You sit over there on your high horse
You sit on your high horse
You sit on your throne looking down on me
Don't you do it.
Aint nobody's business but my own
Mind your own business
Leave it alone.

....and that #24 is just as great as #4. Good work on this Neal--as usual. Like a lot of your songs, it's not pretentious, just direct and forward but with lots of things in it that catch and keep the attention (i.e, your vocal phrasing and accentuation, your guitar and riffs, a pulsating yet quiet rhythm bringing it up from behind). Excellent song/performance/mix--thanks once again!
