Nice way to start the day....
...What a cool, jammin' way to start a Saturday morning!
Nice playing, smooth sound, just the right balance of
'attitude' to set it flying.

Your song is massive.
The mix- is too low in volume, it's too reverby and in
general if it didn't show some ingenuity i would say it
sucks.

Now the song on the other hand is the cream of the
crop. This will certainly rise to the top of M'J's as far
as i'm concered.

I love your guitar work frml. It's immediately
interesting, It's wildely free and varied style dances
about in way that suggests diciplined structure,
without sacrificing pure feel. It's very talented. And
I'm not just saying that cause I know you. I'm saying
it cause i listen to it.
Great drum arrangements, and nice reserved use of
accentuating sounds as well.
You impressed me on your bass playing ability. You
made that $120 Indonesian Jazz Bass sound like it
just rolled off the production line at the custom shop
last week. Keep it up, and you may end up a bass
player around town...so watch out (you're a guitar
player rememeber?).
I love the composition. It portrays alot of emotion for
an instrumental that's less than 3 minutes very well.
Plus, it has nice range and dynamics. It does't get
tired at all, and when it ends it makes sense. I can
grip what you were expressing with this tune.
I would describe the feeling it imparts to me as sad
determination standing on the lonely edge of
forever amidst the revolving wheel of industrial
culture. I guess that works well with the title. Or,
maybe you were just thinking about the pretty girl
you liked once in grade school and doodling around.
Either way, this song is a kick to the chops of
conventional song writing in a great way.

I can't help myself but to point out the obvios
comparison to the feeling this song gives being a
blend between Santans's 3rd studio album, and Miles
Davis's 'The man with horn' album. You're still a
100% original though I must say.

Hot!
Nice playing, man. My foot was going the whole time.
Great bass, and when the lead guitar line picks up, it's
really nice. Good, clean sound. Every note is clear as a
bell.

One tiny thing I didn't like was the tambourine accent. The
triangle sounds great, but the tambourine sounds out of
place to my ears.

That and I wanted more! Guess I have to wait for your
next post.

Nice tune and guitar playing.
I'm sure you knew that already. The name attracted
me to listen to it. Great job. It makes most of songs
on here sound like the theme from doogie houser
meets the score from miami vice. Very non-midi.
Thanks.

Great raw amp
This has a very cool alive and Santana feel, tho with a
smaller ensemble than he uses. Very nice raw guitar
sound. waiting for Part 2!

Deja Vu........Vu Meter......needs your attention.
Hey there.......I swear this deja vu thing is really getting to me......Maybe
perhaps I should see a shrink. Do they keep one on staff here at MacJams?
LOL that was a joke really. But I must have heard the other version or
something cause I swear that I have heard this one and was longer and
louder, and It was better. Though this one is good too. I just thought too
quiet of a mixdown. The bass line is my favorite part. I love a good bass line
that leaps around like this. And as I have said before, it is nicely laid in with
the drum track. True to the art of good funk in my opinion.

Nice Composition and phenomenal performance. Mixdown could use some
balls behind it though.
