Description
Imagine standing in a window... lit by a red light... watching all the men walking by... looking... wanting...

How do you get through it..? How can you have a normal relationship..? I... I... believe in love...

Lyrics
Why you always lookin over me?
Is there something here
that you think you wanna see?

Is there something that I can do for you?
You look at me, like,
I belong in a zoo! In a zoo?

Why you always lookin over me?
What is it that you
think you're gonna see?

Is there something that I can do for you?
You gotta stop lookin at me, like,
I belong in a zoo! In a zoo?

I believe... I believe... I believe... in love!
I believe... I believe... I believe... in love!

I feel your eyes running all over me.
Tell me what you think.
Do you think that you know me?

Is there nothing that you wouldn't have me do?
Anything at all, only,
you would have to ask me to...

What you doin lookin all over me?
Think that I have something that
you haven't had for free?

Do you ever think... "not for you..."
Is this want you want?
Welcome to the Human Zoo... Human Zoo!

I believe... I believe... I believe... in love!
I believe... I believe... I believe... in love!

Ask me to...

I believe... I believe... I believe... in love! (Repeat)
Is this want you want?
Welcome to the Human Zoo...
(Repeat)

Sinning Souls
Haunting! Almost disturbing! Love the marimba! Such an unexpected but appropriate tonal color. I like the processing of the lead vocal. Cool guitar tones and nice layering. The female vocal singing the chorus is wonderful! Excellent production and mix!

YES!!!
Velvet'sesque challenging vocal and strangulated guitar make for an interesting vibe - but juxtaposed with the "I believe" chorus takes this to a higher level altogether. A solid production and thought provoking lyrics make me want to hear this over and over again.

Great to capture something new, and as for having such a talented vocalist to draw on to support the whole song....well, there's a thing that money can't buy; it's black & white, yin & yang, good cop,bad cop....my fave method of delivery! 2 for 1 - getting the message across in a hard and simultaneous soft way; you are bound to capture the listener.....

Thanks for sharing. DL'd and straight to iPod.

and now for something totally different...
i really liked the extreme edginess to the whole sound.
your minory vocal melody is totally captivating.
quirky instrumentation is radically wonderful.
female voice is a nice touch in contrast to yours.
very cool change ups in the arrangement.
Bravo, Brother!

Creeping hope
A cool creepy track. Really nice female backing vocals, beautiful. Quirky, introverted, creepy male vocals; an everyman voice in the crowd. Perfect choices for the concept. Nice track.
