Does have some Stone Temple Pilots and Green Day elements for sure- another showcase for Line 6 modelling + testing out my drumming skills. Thanks Karen it's got a fairly singable pattern and structure... just not sure about the suitability of my warbling on this kind of tune. Was great fun to drum in this and to get back to some good 'ol rock n'roll music .. which I felt I have been neglecting of late. Thanks Chris my real amp usage days are pretty much over. The POD X3 Pro satisfies my guitar and bass amp (and stompbox) needs for now: just never trust Line6 on what they say for Mac support. Thanks Tobin I think the enregy comes from the fun of playing with kinda new toys: the POD and the Roland.. often the way. My drumming is improving slowly but surely...vocals might be a while (sore-throat currently) by the time I'm up for them, I might have forgotten what I was going for herein... ah well, we'll see. Thank you metal to shuffle? Sounds like Ozzy .. ;o) Actually that slight shuffle was a pain to switch to and from (since I am a still a complete novice on drums really). Glad you liked that. I like doing simple, little lead bits and mixing them together (in this version I added some effectual lead guitar bits with the YouRock midi controller- basically anything that bends up a whole tone was done that way). Party on Killer big sound stadium rock. Brilliant! It is just begging for the vocals - actually it's more of a siren call to rock vocalists. If I could sing I'd send you a demo, but alas that would not be a particularly positive addition to this great tune you've laid down. Good luck completing the band! Thanks very much Doug High praise indeed. You never know with MJs if/when a vocalist might have the time- so you'll probably have to make do with my meager efforts first.
