I'm a big Byrds fan
and that's where I first heard this great song.
This is a nice take Tom - strong vocals and sympathetic accompaniment. A really nice sound - plenty of space for me to add a harmony while listening. I guess because my history with this was The Byrds, I hear it with harmonies - an interesting change to hear without.
Cheers from Oz,
Nel

I love
how I really get the feeling of the blues in so many of your tunes.
Like how you are incorporating fingerpicking with the lead as well.
Like the real country feel to this as well. Almost like being in the lone prairie. You don't get that in radio country of today sadly. Mr.Folk Blues of MJ! Way to go Tom. Like that down home feel. Like home baked music!

I love to play guitar. I have been writing songs for many years and have a large catalog by this time. Songwriting is easy. Writing great songs is hard! Born in Louisiana and live in Texas. I grew up on Chuck, Jerry Lee, Elvis, Ricky, Little Richard ... [see more]
