Description
The mystery beckons.
The Prophet stares at the small dot that is the blue world. What wonders does it hold?
He mounts his beast and they move across the rust colored sand toward the distant mountains. In the night sky, he sees a crystal ship descend.

(Spoken) The Cosmos is all that is or ever was or ever will be. Our feeblest contemplations of the Cosmos stir us — there is a tingling in the spine, a catch in the voice, a faint sensation of a distant memory, as if we were falling from a great height. We know we are approaching the greatest of mysteries.
I reach my hands up
to the sky
Crystals form
around my body
I slowly rise up
from this Earth
moving, moving
through the void
The prophet rides
across the desert
The Sands of Mars
stretch out ahead
Longs for an ear
to hear his story
Longs for his place
among the stars
This crystal ship
melts to the surface
Becomes a mountain
rising to the sun
A formless shape
moves from my body
Touching the sand
Of this new world
The prophet rides
across the mountain
The Sands of Mars
stretch out ahead
Longs for an ear
to hear his story
Longs for his place
among the stars
Brand new world
looms below me
I spread my arms
glide through the air
I touch the ground
crystals vibrate
I reach my hands
to a brand new sky
(Spoken) We embarked on our journey to the stars with a question, first framed in the childhood of our species, and in each generation asked anew, with undiminished wonder: What are the stars? Exploration is in our nature. We began as wanderers, and we are wanderers still. We have lingered long enough on the shores of the cosmic ocean. We are ready at last to set sail for the stars.

if the first song was the appetizer, this is the full course. big dynamic sound in open space. didn't expect the vocals, so that was a cool surprise. love the change up ~2:45.
