the musical tension was viscous and slowly congealed the fear as each transmission brought us closer to the inevitable truth we preferred not to get closer to. until it was too late. Passcode Cupcake I second that Harrison Ford reference. Convincing portrayal of your lonely character in this very dramatic, well written story. You and Moviz both get high honors for the fantastic radio-esque entries. Like Mo's piece, the story telling is so well done and the sound effects and musical score are perfect in the mix. Great setup The story is really compelling, and the sound cues you've built as backing are first rate. The buildup of fear and curiosity about what's coming next is really effective - especially when you have to log out to keep going with the uneasy description of what you found. The wait for the next instalment is almost too much - what's coming up next?? The double low frequency heartbeats and slow but effective build in the low synths make this grab ahold and not let go. You should start of new MacJams genre of Radio Play and this would be a perfect way to start it off. Bombarded as we are by visuals, letting the imagination do the filling in is a lost art that you have clearly found. Great job (shudder!!!) - maybe too great. Thanks, and sorry for the late visit. Doug PS - Due to really limited time while on vacation, I only started listening to these posts for the Space Race after I posted my own piece. I found that there are two similarities in the stories we have used, both coming out of hibernation and getting hit by space junk, although we have taken things in different directions. Also, my post only included the end of the story, and the earlier parts I have yet to finish. Again, a really effective piece you have here. Kudos.
