Musically Savvy Too! Tremendous build of tension. I love the strings set against the growling bass. You have a great variety of sounds that meld to keep the interest throughout this, and the VOX only adds to that as icing on the cake. And whoa, is that a death ray at the end?? Thanks for the dload. Vangelis is Vangelis, surely?! And Jon is male soprano singer Jon Anderson of Yes etc - and member of this site! Anyway, Jon sings on a couple of Vangelis songs and they made one or two albums together, most famous hit is "I'll find my way home". Friends of Mr Cairo is an album and a rather long song about the greatness of the silver screen and old time's movie stars. There is a dramatic clip with James Stewart (I think) in it, which made me think of it when I heard this. /H Check out my latest song called Spring

Since I'm so late on this response and I'm fairly certain that you are indeed not checking my page every day for an answer (ha) - I'll just say thank you Steve!! I really appreciate your words of encouragement. I use Garageband, with mostly chopped up loops and additional key strokes to add some flavor. I go by what sounds good to my ears, I guess.
