Who Killed Dorothy Kilgallen ? (Guitar and Vocal Only)

Get Flash to see this player.

Description
This is a bit different than the first version. This is a solo guitar with vocal. I use the thumpick on this. I did before but this more pronounced with the thumb pick I think. I sing and play at the same time, as I do most of my songs.
I put a bit of Mission Impossible theme in few small small parts to add to the mystery detective feel.

Yes!
This is excellent Bill--I think the "Mission: Impossible" motif references this to the particular era the mystery began; excellent idea and loved the guitar work on it and all the rest of course--ya done well with the vocal too. I think both versions are extremely good and I like the flavor given this one. Thanks again! Michael

PS
Ya know who probably knew a lot of stuff? Peter Lawford. I think Frank had the dope too but he kept quiet to the end (he'd do that of course)! I still say it was Bennett Cerf (maybe abetted by Orson Bean or Robert Q. Lewis).

Sounds like your adding
some people that I don't know about :) I was inspired to write this mainly because of Marc Lane"s interview on Coast to Coastl. The guy sounded like Marlin Brando and is I think the great legendary writer about JFK. He was spectacular on that show. That guy sure knows his stuff. And he also knew Dorothy. And of course worked with JFK and the list goes on. Thanks agaon Michael

Classy playing Bill
Lovely touch with the Mission Impossible theme. Very clever and very well done.

I had to Google her. What a fascinating story!

You did it justice (a pity there appears to be none for her)

Cheers

Sort
of subject that Mr Dylan would take up at one time, and there is something in the solo guitar and vocal combination that seems reminiscent of him, too, for me. However, the guitar is more of a presence in your song. A Dylan song would be all about the vocal and lyric, with the guitar more of a scene-setter.

i am really impressed that you managed all this playing and singing at the same time. i would find that next to impossible!

Much enjoyed,

Thank you

Marc

Ya
I keep thinking of the 75 year ban by the Warren Commission. I love hearing Marc Lane on Coast to Coast. He reallly knows his stuff. There is also a guy at Above Top Secret that is impressive as well.

Lots of info out there, Marc Lane mentions : Why the 75 year ban if it was just Oswald?

Very cool tune. A reminder that real life is more interesting than any works of fiction. Your guitar playing is always a treat to the ears.
