Description
It’s been a while since I posted anything new and even longer since I posted something original. As a frequent collaborator said to me recently, been busy with other things and have had no motivation for music. But for whatever reason, today I decided I would push myself to write, record, and post something before day’s end. Maybe I was just getting sick of sitting here playing Plants vs. Zombies.
Truth be told, the guitar accompaniment was something that fell off the guitar while noodling yesterday. Okay but what to write about. Well it rained off and on here today. Just go with that. Little or no editing. I think I wrote the entire thing in 15 minutes (and it probably shows). Of course being a blues form allowed for the repeating of several lines making for about 1/3 less writing. Smart or lazy? You decide. Very little time spent recording and even less on mixing.
Okay! For better or worse I achieved my goal. Now back to Plants vs. Zombies!
