Description

This is a track I finished on the 20th December last year. It is similar to Shadow Form but different enough to upload not as a variation but as another separate mix line.

It is less than four minutes, so for me a quicky. I still have around 8 other mixes that are complete or are being finished, that I started in the creative phase I went through beginning on Christmas Eve 2011. (It sounds so long ago but was only a few days). These are from five minutes to eighteen minutes in length and so they need more scrutiny before uploading.

	Nice mix How can you be so productive? 8 mixes on the go!! This one is quite melodic, despite the dark start, but there's a very cool underlying tension there too, in the deep pulses. Hi Dave......
I had been on holday 3 days and I was bored senseless so I bought a couple of sets of presets for the Zebra 2 synth and started playing around with the sounds. With these new sounds and the trial version of Diva I was soon busy. Two or three of the eight were no-no's so I will do minimal if nothing with these. For now. The sounds were not going anywhere fast.

The voice sounds may be from one of the Zebra 2 sets or from the free version of Alchemy. Probably Alchemy, although I'll check and let you know.

When I said you were prolific recently it was both a compliment and also a basic statement of fact. 8 pieces??!? Amazing.

What is it I imagine here? Something is rotating - a giant antique brass ball with protruding spikes that have bluish electricity that arcs between them. The room is very old, left over by some civilisation now long gone and yet the rotating ball and the gear that supports it are all functional. The voices are the echoes of its creators.

Very cool, downloaded of course (standard operating procedure with your work), and I have a request to make a longer version when it strikes your fancy.
