Hey Snowdragon- How bout posting the lyrics? This
is a neat little fatasy tune. Nice storytelling, and
good production. What a cool idea in songwrititng.

It's a nice contrast to the Christian music here.

Dungeons and Dorian??%u2122 &mdash 03/13/05 - 08:29:10 AM
Dear Sam,

"Well, I don't know how much I owe my uncle, but I suspect it's more than I
can pay . . ." (flying burrito brothers)

For the most part, I don't like to post the lyrics just in case someone hears
something else in it that they enjoyed. (I remember my own disappointment
when I learned that the lyric was 'Layla' instead of 'Save the World.')

But since you asked;

Into the crypt, let the starving masses be.
"Disturb not my sleep, lest you be joinin' me.
"The people you have with you are untrustworthy at best.
"Come to me now, yes, come and join my rest."

Dorian, Dorian. Dorian. Dorian.

By the grace of the masters you were granted a reprieve.
Should you think about it, you would surely turn and leave.
But all these doors are one way, you may come but cannot go.
The imp that guards the portal, what you're thinking he does know.

Dorian . . .

Now you learn the pain and the authority of doubt.
You find yourself a-wondrin' what this journey was about.
You think about your homeland and the Lady Arabeth.
Now you find the answer and the only way was death, and

Dorian . . .

Essentially a true story about a tournament (Dorian, a thief, placed second at
the cost of his own existence).
