Description
i've been pretty much M.I.A. here for the past month. i recorded the bulk of this song a month ago and the next morning after recording i woke up to excruciating pain in my right arm and shoulder. a couple hours of cursing and swearing then off to urgent care. plenty of pills, that didn't cut it, very little sleep at nights and lots of x-rays. i haven't been able to play guitar and have been limiting my time on the computer……….sucks
i've been going to physical therapy and that has been helping, although it's a slow process. this is what leads to what the song is about. they use a ultra sound machine, i thought "ultra sound" would make for a cool song title, this machine generates sound waves that are undetectable to the human ear and penetrates deeply through the muscle tissue. it feels like threads of tiny bubbles going into your body, actually feels great.
the last couple days i was feeling better,enough to try and finish this song. mostly just vocals, drums and synth work. and the guitar solo….. i just barely got through that.
it will still be several weeks of being on the mend…… so hopefully i'll be back to doing windmill power chords on the guitar once again.
