Description

Had the basic riff going on in my head so I put it down last Sunday and well again it took on it's own shape over the week.
I did an etching called night traveller that I dug up from my past and I based the tune on this image. I think I have listened to it to the point where I can't hear it anymore ...

Good morning

... well, it's morning here. Thanks Philip for always being there with your ears and your words. I had fun on this ... a little obsessive with the mix ... I struggled. I had fun pulling out my cry baby wa wa peddle and plugging my jazz master into a fender hot rod tube amp with some reverb and miced the cone with a sure 58 and got a nice warm tone.

I usually just plug straight into the computer (via a Line6 UX2 interface) and fiddle with GB guitar tones - but the sound you get on this one is making me think miking an amp may give something different... 	Hip in the night Hip track. Cool etching. I totally dig using visual art to inspire music. (I did a series of piano solos based on drawings of 13 Masks in 2007.) Thanks for sharing this.
