Description
This is the first completed trans-Atlantic collaboration with a friend of mine from England. We wrote and recorded this together in Garageband via Dropbox. He wrote and played the guitar parts, I did the melody, lyrics, bass and strings. We both worked on the piano and drums.
While at times it flirts with being schmaltzy (my fault), it's still rather pretty I think. The best part is the third chorus towards the end.

Lyrics
In my head there's a sky full of clouds
But it clears up at night
The stars come out
The stars come out
In my head there's a museum of dreams
I don't know what they're about
The world goes round
The world goes round
The stars go out
The stars go out
But it clears up at night
The stars come out
The stars come out
In my head there's a museum of dreams
I don't know what they're about
The world goes round
The world goes round
The stars go out
The stars go out

Beautifully clean recording - those guitars sparkle! I like the song and the arrangement - rich orchestration. Pleasant tone to the vocal. Much enjoyed - congratulations on the collab!
