Description
This is a little different than the last bunch.
Sometimes classical and romantic folk can lack the happy-go- lucky sounds that good time folk country can. So here is something that I hope can make you smile a little bit if your down or in a melancholy mood.

Excellent
I love the slide playing.
Only suggestion I have is possibly bringing out more of
the bass in the mix.

Excellent
Mungo

Thanks, I did make the base with more treble, at first it was too mushy.
But thanks very much for the critique, I used a synth Jazz Upright in GB2.
Your comments really help me become a better mixer.

Thanks again

Funky folk
Good stuff. Excellent slide and picking. I agree with
Mungo, you might want to bring the bass up some.

Are You Ready for the Country?
As usual excellent playing. You're right this was fun! I
thought I heard a banjo in the background at times but I
guess that was just your fingerpicked guitar and my
imagination. As good as you play slide have you ever
thought about trying a dobro? And you know with just a
little adjustment you could hook up with one of your
singers and turn this into a vocal piece also. And I too
have been struggling with playing the string bass with a
keyboard. I think I hit it best with my revised song "Do
You Know Who She Is". See what you think about that
sound.

To: Bronco

Thanks for the post.

Ya, but it is raining over were I live (near San Francisco). The country is so
much more fun when you can prance around in the sunshine:)

Nice little slide tune...

I agree this could have some lyrics put to it and turn out to be a fun little country song, maybe one even on the somewhat funny side as your guitar work has a playful feel to it. Made me smile...
