Description

The basics of this track have been kicking around my hard disk for a year. I spent the last 2 days working at it, intending to get a modern indie vibe with chiming guitars and some staccato riffs in the background. I'm not sure I've entirely succeeded and the vocal is a bit rough, but as a start point this will have to do as I'm out of the studio now for at least a month.
Lyrically it's about feeling lost because other people, whilst there in body, aren't in spirit.
Lots of guitar parts on this, all played on my trusty red Ibanez. I've not worked out an ending for it yet either

	nice nice indie pop track. those guitars sound great, make me want to pull out a guitar. love the staccato riff that happens for a second after the chorus. this is a great take on the whole Dinosaur Jr. ethos. great work. Check out my latest song called yes you told me (that you're cynical)

	Reason Tune and vocals are really solid and worked to pull me in. I dig the guitars, too. I usually don't comment much on mix issues but think this could be improved with different stereo imaging--Maybe put bass on left, and spread guitars more left and right outside drums. Right now bass in muddy middle with guitars. My 2 cents. Check out my latest song called Wandering Blues

	Indie rock from the sixties To my ears this is just very pleasant music of the kind I listened to in the mid sixties. The kind that came out of the UK, not the US. man i love how close the phrasing comes to falling apart but never does. it's the matthew sweet guitar solo of phrasing. i also love that buzzy warm tone you've got on the lead, really nice sound. this is a great little song. happily downloaded - a good sidewalk strolling tune. one of my paddy favorites.
