Far Out
There's the monster guitar solo.

Excellent weird synth sounds throughout and, towards the
end, drumming frenzy.

There should be a genre here for psychedelic musc.

Farrr Oww-tah!
Thick and juicy. Good little azzkicker of a tune for a song with 'keys' and
synths, (which can easily make a good song go way off track into
corneyville, or buzzsaw haircut land). Good synth tunes (with guts) are
hard to come by at macjams as far as my tastes go.

Maybe a little more attention to the individual tracks and the way they
come together in master mix, would help give the song more
discernable definition...but other wise it is defitely a great song about
christening an alien.

"maybe they should let us have a psycodellic category"-Mungo

Yes. And an Instrumental yet non-ambio-electronic category, and
swamp rock, Jam band improv, etc. etc etc etc .

Yeah the categories are kinda Sam Goodie -ish. It still works i supppose,
but I agree that this song waarants a category that isn't here.

another great tune...
...from the stalker! I'm guilty of this too, but I wish
this was longer. It started getting really good with
the frenzied drumming and then it faded out! One
thing that sets you apart from a lot of others is the
keen ear for sonics. You have a well-produced
sound.

another great tune...
Thanks for your ears and comments. I can explain the end. It was either: a. I
was late for work and lost focus on return. b. we fell apart half way through
that final riff( runaway trainish ) or c. I left a little tease for all my fellow mac
jammers.

Intense
Wow- I love how this keeps building and evolving... left
me wanting more...much more.

I was uncertain about the alien sounds but was really
liking the whole piece by the end. As I said.... give me
more!!!

Alien breathing
Very cool. Just needs some more crunching solos over the
top. Really like the power, the alien breathing, the depth
of scope in the sound.

Don't tease!
Endings are SO important. Even more important than
aliens being baptised. No, really, they are! But
otherwise, this is killer stuff. Maybe even driller killer
stuff (actually, I don't much like that film so I'll take
that back). There's lots of wicked stuff going on here
but if only the resolution had been up to the standard
of the creepy synthy opening then I'd have been
giving free-flowing nines!

This
is one of the coolest songs I've heard on MJ. I wish the mix
was better such as much punch in the drums which are
excellent but a liitle buried.Great guitar solo and bass line.
