Description
this is a pretty basic pop song that I should have just recorded with acoustic, vocals, bass and drums. just found it on my HD and mixed it. I was experimenting with using vocal snippets as pads and rhythmic bits again.

I like those vocal blends...
You're one of those guys whose voice gets a nice burr to it when blended with itself... There are all sorts of boops and beeps to this, but the vocal carries it all...And underneath it all, it's a solid pop/rock tune. Good melody, good chorus hook, good lyrics... I await the 'Rubber Soul' version...

Do Your Worst
somber, but catchy. so the synth parts are effected vocals?
i particularly like the vocals in this one--maybe because of the lower register.

You create good tunes. Nice vocals against that pop-ee synth. Enjoyed this!

You have a knack for catchy melodies. The soft vocal performance draws the listener in. I really dig the electropop arrangement. But it would be cool to hear an acoustic version in the future.

Michael, as always I find myself paralyzed when listening to your music...just something about the timbre in your voice in contrast to the synth spots... the melody really holds the listener. As I have said before there is a unique Radiohead quality to your stuff.

nice resonant deep vocal. Yes, you sound great singing with yourself. That is a really funny photo. I felt like the little guy a couple times on an airplane. :)

Smooth and interesting backing and an insistent vocal that is soft but penetrative. Good one!

Worst Is Good
This is pretty damn slick, loved the way it flows from the speaker. And better than 99% of the pop music on the radio.

Memorable melody, the vocals are first rate. Synth drone adds to the hypnotic quality of the track.
