A Quite Town Such a rich sound. There's an effect of gradual yet constant expansion. I certainly can close my eyes and picture an immense and seemingly endless prairie. Beautiful work! Check out my latest song called Just Ain't Worth a Song (2 Track)

You know I didn't think of Ditmitre Tiomkin when I was writing this but you're right there is a quality to this that is Tiomkinesk. Funny I never was a big fan of his scores but he sometime wrote really great songs and themes like High Noon and The Green Leaves of Summer which can bring me to tears. A Quiet Town What I love about this that it is pure to its time and place , I m not sure about the guitar sample there in the mix I d like it Harp but thats just my ears ..I enjoyed this much ..thanks a lot for sharing ! Check out my latest song called Roll with it

Hot and dusty dry Really evocative with a lovely balance across the orchestral tones and frequency ranges. The slow figure with the pizz strings reminds me of a donkey (maybe a little like Groffe's suite but unique). Lots of nice colour here and there - the piece moves along well without having to take us anywhere but where we are. That leaves lots of room to listen to our audible surroundings and drink them in fully. I really am taken with this one Charlie. Thanks for the download sir. ...but even if not, this is a splendid tune. I like the sedate pace and the way it builds from the quite start to a stronger but still sedate piece. Lovely, downloaded straight away.
