Concept Indian
Nice , I was wondering if the second part will be like an octave higher for a variation sake ? then you can come back to the same octave ,is this possible ? thanks for sharing

Thanks, Feter...
I can compose new melodies in the same range as these, and also variation, a third, fourth, fifth higher... Just excited to make this discovery, so I had to get it recorded. To go further I need to lay more tabla track. I am only worried that I had to tune the A string a half step higher than it normally goes. I am worried about that, because such high tension I would think is not good for the guitar. It would be remedied by using string of lower tension, which they don't make as far as I know. I don't know how one would go about making them. I think they might start making them because it is now quite popular to play in alternate tunings. But this alternate tuning is unique to flamenco and deep song. The only difference is I have made that tuning a half step higher than normal. One might be able to get a tabla made a half step higher as well (c sharp). The digital tanpura is no problem, it can be set at any key.

Actually,...
you could use a tabla in d and play in c sharp, but it would have a different feeling. You would have an easier time finding a tabla tuned to d than c sharp

o
never thought this is that complicated , I m one of the guys who dislike tuning on different key and put capo on guitars but half step is not that harmful I believe ,simply all I will do is let my hand position shift .

Yes,...
always best to do that when you can, I think standard tuning is the most versatile.

Concept
The beat insinuates itself as the piece progresses - beguiling music.

Thank you,...
it is almost more of a discovery than a creation. That is the idea was asking itself to happen because it kind of brings together gypsy music of spain and indian music of india, while both are indian they have different histories that i feel meet in this after all the time that has passed.

Very cool
concept. I like your guitar playing, and the rhythm stays steady for the most part. My one issue is that the tracks are panned way too far to either side....the guitar was almost entirely to the left, and that was distracting, both rhythmically and in terms of my own concentration.

I do agree the recording method leaves something to be desired. I was kind of in a hurry to get the idea down. As I said in the previous comment:
