Tight! I loves me some 7/4 time. Favourite time signature, hands down. Very pretty arrangement on this, intriguing change-ups. I like how it seems to toy with certain clichés of soundtrack music, hinting at their implied presence and thereby making their absence chucklingly noteworthy. That's right, chucklingly.
