Description
Another one which started with a set of chords, and just playing over them until a tune emerged. Having come up with a lead line I was happy with (the one a little to the left, played on my Gibson Howard Roberts) I felt it needed something else a bit edgier. Perhaps a Fender sound? I didn't have one at that time (earlier this year) but one day round at my friend Peter Thorneycroft's place he brought out his recently renovated Fender Jazzmaster. It was too good a chance to miss, so I added some complementary lines with that. It has sat there for a while - I worried about the fingerstyle guitar on the left (thought it had a bit too much ring). Thought I'd look at that, but for the life of me I can't find the latest version GB files! Must have deleted the latest version when I was backing things up somehow, and kept the earlier versions which have a lead I'm not happy with and no Fender. I had exported an mp3, so this is what it is! I hope you enjoy it.
