Description
Hi all, long time no see.
I have been on MJ sabbatical, initially due to work and the need for a break from spending too much time on the site, but then whilst travelling overseas with my partner, Judy, and some of our friends for 6 weeks. We visited Washington State, Alaska, Alberta and British Columbia. It was a fantastic trip! The Alaskan Marine Highway, Denali National Park and the Canadian Rockies were absolute highlights.
The thing I did miss though, apart from my family, was my guitar/s. I had to resort to finding music shops and going in and playing for a while ☺
Anyway, hopefully I am back in the swing of things again and I have lots of song ideas from our travels to try and put into music.
In the meantime, I found this instrumental that I forgot I did. It was laid down in two single guitar takes, not long after I got my G&L ASAT last year, and the title “Time Passes” seemed very apt so I decided to post it now.
Hopefully it will be the first of a number of songs on the way in the coming months.
To all of you whose music I have not had a chance to listen to in the past few months, I apologize.
Take care,
Peter ☺

Peter, so good to hear from you again. You've been missed. What a great trip you took. I did a week in Washington State and Vancouver back in August. A beautiful region to be sure and very inspiring.
Great track to return with. Your lead playing is beautiful. But what really knocked me out was the accompaniment. Such a full and complete sound. Beautiful chords and picking!
