Very pleasant &mdash 02/23/05 - 06:16:52 PM
Really like your voice, fits the song well and expresses the
emotion of the song perfectly.

The noise wasn't as noticable once the song got going...
have you tried isolating each track to determine where it's
coming from? It could be ambient noise picked up by the
mic.

Nice tune &mdash 02/24/05 - 01:49:50 PM
Good tune

You sing very nice on this. Your high notes sound good
too. Words are interesting.
Your guitar sounds quite nice. Taylor >>>>yes:)

My setup is similar. I play an acoustic guitar, I have 122
as well. I have a Behringer mixer to. At least I think the B1
is a mixer.

Nice to run into an acoustic guy here.

Good luck

Thanks for your comments. I located the hiss on the vocals, but I don't think
it was picked up by the mic, gotta try hooking up everything again and see.

Tiler, the Berringer B1 is a condenser mic. I really am a strummer mostly,
nothing like the wonderful picking that you do. I am trying to get down as
much acoustic as possible because I'm so challenged by the loops. Call it a
learning curve or just production challenged, but I find it really hard to work
other stuff in. But I'll keep pluggin'. Thanks.

You might try applying noise gate to the track to see if that reduces the hum.
Another thing you can try is splitting the vocal track and cutting out the
blanks spaces where you aren't singing. Just a thought.
