Description
This is my first all loops piece from GB. It is also my first non-vocal piece. It's very short, but purposefully so.
The idea here was inspired by the weekly webcast from www.722.org. 722 is a singles ministry in Atlanta that is highly popular among Christian college students/singles. They have a live band that's pretty good, and guest musicians on a regular basis. They meet on Tuesday nights, and later webcast their meeting.
Louie Giglio is the main "preacher" at 722, and one of my favorite Christian speakers. I try to watch 722 online every week.
Now, to the point. Often when Louie is doing a series of messages, they will come up with a theme song and snazzy graphic for the series. Recently, Louie did a series called "The ReBorn Identity," a take-off of the movie "The Bourne Identity." He did a sequel called "The ReBorn Supremacy." You get the idea.
New Born Identity was my take on what I might do if I were given the job of producing the intro music for such a series. I tried to go for that whole "James Bond-y/spy thriller" feel.
