Description

So..one day i decided to do a track of me and my attempt at using my throat in ways i have not before. i sent a copy of it to my brother. he added stuff and put his poem to it. as you have heard here, RITE OF THROATS
he suggested i put my original track up.
so i finished the end of the song where i left space for him, changed the end guitar a bit...and ..presto!
instant throat singing song.

just a note: i did not use vocal transformer on this song at all. it is just my throat in various frequencies.
your feedback is welcomed.

thank you to richard and the others on macjams that assured me it wasnt as freaky as i thought it might be. gave me the courage to post it.

Richard Feynman is your brother?
Just kidding... I too wanted to hear these two things
(poem and throat singing) separate, as they each have
their own charm and character, and are each compelling
enough as to compete with each other. Thanks for
remastering this by itself, this is awesome! Very primal
and wildly different. Hopefully this will turn other people
on to this ancient singing form. Anyone interested in this
"harmonics-singing" should do some searching on the
web for "Tuva Throat Singing", and will likely find
recordings and books on this old Mongolian art form...
and the weird connection to the late (and amazing)
physicist, RIchard Feynman (famous for discovering
quarks and revealing and testifying about the "o-ring"
problem that brought down the space shuttle Challenger,
and working on the Manhattan project, etc.) Great job on
this Gudkarma, love it! As usual, it is well performed raw
powerful you!

	Wow, the more I listen to this, the more I like it, It is so very different but strangely calming.. great meditation music, the first couple aaaarghs, sound a bit too strained, but as the track moves along, It becomes almost hypnotic.. Wow,
ah...actually i didnt re-do re-do tracks. so the start you probably hear my throat warming up.....and then as the song goes...so does my voice become warmer.
i dont like to remove that type of thing. its how the song gets created. i was never good at polishing things. just record them once and thats it.
the usualy way i do things.

	great harmonics This is quite cool. Bravo, for pushing your voice so creatively. Lots of very interesting stuff going on. Y'know what I think might go really well with the vocals, a severly tuned down guitar, so the strings rattle and sound deep and loose. Anyhow, I enjoyed this.
