Oh Yeah!
Nothing like a nice synth solo to start off the day. Great juxtaposition of timbres, pacing etc etc. Another gem!

Superb.
Had to listen several times to check out all the attention to detail in this. Great strength of mood, extremely good blend of instruments makes a huge sound.

As hard as i may fight it - there is life beyond acoustical music. This is remarkable stuff. Sonically pleasing and mesmerizing.

Beautiful
I really like the TD synth solo but also the quieter end of it all. At one time I thought there could have been another build, for example putting the last 30 secs or so at the beginning to wrap things up a bit, but after a few more listenings I'm not so sure anymore. You are the pro here so this is probably the right way to go :-)

I got some Egyptian pictures in my head when listening, even if the confrontations seen there is hardly as beautiful as this. Maybe you could do a series of songs about Egypt 2013... Just a thought.

Thanks for another gem, I'll go and send you my email right away ;-)

Take care,
Henrik

On and On
Actually playing this on repeat is an inspired idea! I like where this has gone Andrew. Lots of energy with that synth entry but restraint about how you bring back melodies here and there (the log drum sounds, the female solo, the string synths etc.). It just occurred to me too that the melody at 1:47 over the 16th synths sounds like Alan Parsons - not a clone of his sound, but kind of an hommage - a good thing in my books. The denouement is interesting in that I keep waiting for a build coming back full force but no. The piano sound is just right as a lead instrument to finish it off too.

Another great tune for the album! Cheers Andrew for the mp3 too.

Doug
