Fan List
Description:
More introspective, with a harder edge this time, from my band and I.

Lyrics:
I am so lost there is nothing even close to me
Stuck inside this dream again
where every day is trhe same
But I am, I am where I am supposed to be

So don't belive this
No need for a thanks don't worry that you'll miss

In this confusion what's it for
But in revealing the impossible you judge me
Oh I forgot you're better

What's different now
Nothing alone again
That's my only friend, that's my only friend

I don't wanna be this way, so don't feel sorry for me (2x)

In this confusion what's it for
But in revealing the impossible
You judge me
Oh I forgot you're better

Don't try to talk to me
Now we care?

Well maybe it's to late (maybe it's too late)
After all you've taken (all you've taken)
I'm sick of all my excuses, of all my excuses

Oh, revealing the other side
Trying to explain how great it is
So what's holding you back
And yes I'm the one with the excuses
Who else would do this?
And there's a reason for that, there's a reason for that

IN THIS CONFUSION WHAT'S IT FOR
BUT IN REVEALING THE IMPOSSIBLE
YOU JUDGE ME, OH I FORGOT YOU'RE BETTER

Yikes! Fantastic. Theres a lot to like in this song. The vocals are very strong. Your drummer was a stand out for me as well. I'd pay to see you guys perform originals. The production is quite good. Ouch! Sounds like the ending got clipped a bit. Looking forward to more!

Thanks again. I'd just like to thank you for checking out this musical barrage
I've posted. I 've been trying to get stuff online for a month or so now, but the
site was working out some kinks. Anyway, thanks for listening and
commenting. I'm the singer/2nd guitar so creatively I guess I have a decent
amount of influence on our stuff, and I'll pass the suggestions along to the
rest of the band.

Did You Mean It to End Like That? &mdash 03/06/05 - 08:00:29 AM
Otherwise excellent performance and production here.

Beautiful piece. I was straining a bit to hear the lyrics,
they seem to be getting absorbed by the rich background.
The guitars seem to have a bit of timing issues in a few
places (it's my husband not me that's the perfectionist, I
swear). That ending does seem clipped to me too, but
great song!

Thank you so much. I really like your stuff too, so I'm glad to hear that
recipricated. As for the ending, we actually wanted it to be abrupt, but maybe
it's just too jarring...

Agree with all of the above... &mdash 03/08/05 - 01:07:24 PM

Really fine song, great sound. This I could easily
expect to hear on the radio. Top rock/pop tune.

By far the best song I've heard on MJ, period.

Huge fan.

Nice song dude! It's definately got that radio feel, as someone else said. I bet it would be even better live as your band has a good sound!
